Tim Ridge knife & Sheath

A completed leather sheath made for a dirk style knife made by knife maker Tim Ridge of "SWAMP FOX KNIVES". The sheath is made from veg. tanned leather, the seam is welted and doubled stitched. It is dyed a dark brown and treated with a bee's wax mixture. The bag is made from 3/4 veg. tanned leather, and is 7 1/2" wide by 8 1/2" deep, welted seams and a added 1 1/4" gusset. The strap is 1" wide with a iron buckle, flap has a copper button closer. Also there is a large inside pocket 6" wide by 4 1/4" deep and per the customer it has been divided. A small patch/ utility knife has been add too. It is all hand sewn and dyed a dark brown, treat with neats foot oil and bee's wax.

Sgt. Cummings, New Shot Bag #37

Here is another shot bag I just finished for a customer. It is made of veg. tanned cow hide and measures 7 1/2" Wx 8 1/2" D. It is fully welted with a 1 ½” gusset and hand sewn with waxed linen thread. The inside pocket is 5" x 4”. The flap has some tooling added along with a button closer. The strap is 1” wide and is fitted with an iron buckle. The bag is dyed a dark brown and conditioned with pure neat’s-foot oil and bee’s wax.
